REMHL launches new website for 2009-10 season

The Rural and Edmonton Midget Hockey League now has a new look website. Online users and fans will now be able to view the latest scores with game sheet summaries. Standings and all statistics will automatically be updated in real time upon game sheet entry by each home team.

Menu, Rosters & Leaders

Menu categories have been simplified for ease of use. You will be able to one-click to any category. All rosters will be updated along with team stats showing all the basics from points to penalty minutes. On the leaders page, you'll find sortable headings – sort by goals, assists, penalty minutes or an other stat.

How to enter Goalie Stats

For team managers or designated team statisticians, in order for the website database to calculate proper stats, they must be entered correctly.

On the Game Sheet entry in the Admin section:  

Type in MP, GA, Saves, W-L-T (drop down selection)
Totals per period will automatically calculate
** NOTE: 1st row is for goalie MP

e.g. Game sheet under Goaltender’s Record

1st Row – MP (Minutes Played)
1st – 2nd – 3rd – Total – W-L-T
20 – 20 – 20 – 60 – W

2nd Row – GA (Goals Against)
1st – 2nd – 3rd – Total
2 - 1 - 3 – 6

3rd Row - Saves
1st – 2nd – 3rd – Total
11 - 10 - 2 – 23

Saves are minus the GA.
Repeat for same for other team. And click "Save".

This will result in correct calculations for team stats and leaders.
